Oktoberfest In New Orleans

Are you feeling German?

Every Friday night and Saturday afternoons in the month of October, you can experience Oktoberfest at Deutsches Haus. Deursches Haus is located at 200 South Galvez Street.

There will be live bands, German food and beer, wine and schnapps, and souvenirs from Germany. Featured items include a great selection of German beer.

Here's a list of some of them, most of them I can't pronounce: Hacker Pschorr Oktoberfest Spaten Lager, Oktoberfest, Franziskaner, Optimator Dinkel Acker Dark Paulaner Hefeweizen, Munich Lager, Oktoberfest Hofbrau Oktoberfest, Munich Lager Warsteiner and Warsteiner Dunkel Bitburger Kostritzer Schwarzbier (Black Lager).

Also there's Schnapps (Goldwasser, Goldschlager, Rumplemintz, Black Haus), and Clean Slate Reisling.

And if you are hungry you can enjoy some great German Food like Sauerbraten, Bratwurst,and Knackwurst.
