Each year the Louisiana Restaurant Association puts on an event called the Louisiana Food Expo. It is closed to the public, but I get to go because my friend Martin Welch will be there in conjunction with the Louisiana Seafood Marketing and Promotion Board.
Martin designed the 2009 Louisiana Seafood Festival Poster. The original piece of artwork will be on display at the food expo. The piece of art stands about 8 feet tall and about 4 feet wide. It's pretty spectular.
